This set includes a Church, Brick House, Small House, Large House, set of Carolers and Tree with Fence as well as the large base.

The base is decorated with walkways and brickwork as well as engraved indicators on where to place all pieces in the set. The base is large measuring approximately 14 in Long by 12 in wide. Please see listing photos for an approximation of the size of the houses.

This set is made from vintage Kimple molds from 1978.

Due to the vintage nature of the mold, there may be minor surface imperfections.
